Easy to use, great support. You can use the plugin to transfer emails and data from MailChimp to escape their high prices. The ZoomMail staff offer great support. I was able to quickly see the most engaged newsletter readers which really helps me zoom into the potential prospects in my list.

Having spent quite some time with the default go to service, it was brilliant to talk to Gary at ZoomMail. The first difference is that he was interested in MY business and did not try to sell anything - we identified common issues I had encountered and offered solutions and suggestions to a large majority of them. We signed up straight away. The help received during our setup and first mailing was brilliant - it feels like Gary is part of our team.
Refreshingly, they FULLY understand GDPR as opposed to people who bandy the term around, not really knowing what they are talking about.

Unlike most other providers, there is always a person to speak to at the other end to help with any problems or ideas I may have, rather than an automated system or no contacts at all. This has made my life immensely easier over the years. I send multiple emails a month for clients, and setting up mails using source code provided by third parties can be challenging! dave at Zoommail is always helpful.
